A Measurement and Verification analysis was performed on 3 AHUs serving the administration, theatre and common spaces of the Campus C-Wing located at 135 Fennell Ave. W., Hamilton, Ontario. The purpose of the analysis was to baseline the AHUs pre BioScrub Coil cleaning and validate the benefits of the BioScrub post cleaning that was performed in June, 2018.
1300 BLOOR ST: CONDOMINIUM EBCx CHILLER COMMISSIONG PROJECT
The goal of the project carried out at Applewood Landmark, 1300 Bloor St. was to optimize and recommission the condominium’s existing Chilled Water System. Through the implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures related to the two (2) 450 ton Trane Chillers, 31% energy consumption savings and 48% electricity demand savings were achieved.
